Since I was a kid, I have always had a love for food. I think the only time I was picky was when I was a child and didn’t like onions. But I always remember loving pizza, especially from Shakey’s. In Tucson, where I grew up there was a Shakey’s my Dad used to take my family and I to every Friday, usually before the Donny & Marie Osmond Show.
I loved the taste of the pepperoni and the tons of parmesan cheese layered on top. They also had fried chicken and these potato bites called Mojos. It was always something to look forward to on Fridays, knowing when he came home we would go eat!
Things haven’t changed. I still love pizza! So in this section, I wanted to share my Food Love – recipes I have tried, places I have eaten at, or just inspiration.
